Health Services

East Providence’s Strategic location in the Providence Metropolitan Region has played a strong role in attracting health care and social services investment to our City. Recent investments include University Orthopedics, who are currently constructing an 82,500 square foot office building alongthe City’s waterfront at Kettle Point. 

Another recently completed signature project that highlights the new health care services growth trend in East Providence is the 75,000 square foot Brown Medicine Building at 375 Wampanoag Trail This is yet another example of the type of health services facility investments the City has experienced in recent years and the City anticipates that its strategic location will lead to additional investment in this industry category.
